Precautions
1. If the new chain is too long or has stretched after use and is difficult to adjust, chain links can be removed as needed, but the number of links must be even. The chain links should pass through the back of the chain, with the locking plate inserted on the outside, and the opening of the locking plate facing the opposite direction of rotation.
2. When the sprocket is severely worn, both the sprocket and the chain should be replaced simultaneously to ensure good meshing. Do not replace only the chain or sprocket. Otherwise, poor meshing will accelerate the wear of the new chain or sprocket. When the sprocket teeth are worn to a certain extent (referring to sprockets with adjustable teeth), they should be flipped over for use to extend their service life.
3. Old conveyor chains should not be mixed with some new chains, otherwise, impacts during transmission may occur, causing the chain to break.
